It's about 8:00 AM here in Kathmandu and we are all pretty jet-lagged pretty bad. We've all been up since around 5:00 AM - Kevin and Mike went on a little run while Lars and I hung out at the house with everyone else was asleep.

Today will be the first official day of exploring and wandering Kathmandu. We will be starting the day off with breakfast at a local cafe down in Thamel with the amazingly awesome group of volunteers that we are housing with and then checking out the monkey temple!
